Dankhal sev 

To make this dankhal sev, first a salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, and water is made. Then this paste is mixed with besan to make a dough. This dough is then put into a dankhal machine which creates a line. This line is then put back into the dankhal machine which shapes it.


Finally, the dankhal sev is fried in hot oil, which makes it golden brown and crispy. This sev is usually sold in the ratlam .
